I’m a senior-level Clinical Education Executive with 30+ years in medical aesthetics, specializing in clinical training, device education, and building high-impact education programs for aesthetic organizations. My career began working alongside plastic surgeons and dermatologists, where I developed a strong foundation in advanced skin health, patient safety, and corrective treatments—including experience supporting burn rehabilitation. 

This clinical background continues to inform my results-driven, compliance-focused approach to education. As a multi-clinic owner and operator, I bring a deep understanding of practice operations, revenue growth, patient outcomes, and provider performance—bridging the gap between clinical excellence and business success. 

I’ve trained thousands of providers across the U.S., Canada, and international markets, led national training tours, and collaborated alongside world-renowned educator Dr Andrew Christie Schwarz.
